The Alkaline Diet

by Almira February 5, 2011

During these cold, comfort-food ridden months I’ve been craving something fresh. The Alkaline Sisters has solved my problem. These two sisters decided to change their eating habits to include more raw foods and focus on foods that decrease inflammation in the body and increase energy and overall health. It was disturbing at best, however, I’ve known many families who’s baby has either drown in their own pool, a river/lake, the ocean, and even the bathtub.
